Selling at Pearson Livestock 

Sellers come in from Georgia and surrounding areas to sell their livestock.  We take in goats, sheep, cows, chickens, turkeys, quail, pigeons, pheasants, rabbits, guineas, peacocks, ducks, geese, and even eggs.  Our commission on cows is 7% and $3 per head for the beef board, the commission on goats and sheep is 12%, and commission on poultry and smaller animals is 18%.

Buying at Pearson Livestock

Buying at Pearson Livestock is not a difficult process.  First, you must go to the front office to get your free buyer's number. All you need in order to do this is a picture ID or driver's license. Once you have your buyers number you are free to bid in the auction. We sell goats, sheep, cows, chickens, turkeys, quail, pigeons, pheasants, rabbits, guineas, peacocks, ducks, geese, and even eggs.  Be aware, ALL animals are sold per head. There are no fees associated with being a buyer at Pearson Livestock.

Flea Market

The Pearson Livestock Flee Market is located on the lot of auction. The flee market sellers can set up even earlier than 6:30am if they so choose, but the closing hours are the same as the auction. A 10' x 10' spot in the flee market costs $10 for the day. An auction employee will come around and collect payments throughout the day
